Performs skilled water safety work in preventing accidents and injuries at a County swimming pool. Safeguards patrons and enforces safety rules; instructs swim lessons for all ages; rescues bathers in distress; performs emergency water rescue techniques; administers First Aid, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), or Automated External Defibrillator (AED) when necessary. Provides positive and professional assistance to patrons; assists with routine facility maintenance.
