This role embodies luxury\u2011level service by anticipating guest needs, delivering personalized experiences, and ensuring a refined and relaxing environment consistent with Forbes Four\u2011Star hotel standards. This is a seasonal role expected to end around Labor Day 2026.\n \nThe hourly rate for this position is $20.00/hr. This is not a tipped position.\n \nThe primary responsibilities of this role include:\n \nGuest Engagement & Experience\n\n Welcome and acknowledge all guests promptly following Forbes service standards; anticipate needs and provide personalized recommendations for poolside amenities and recreation.\n Serve as the primary pool area host, ensuring a warm, polished, and attentive presence for both leisure and VIP guests.\n Assist guests with cabana reservations, loungers, towels, sun protection amenities, food & beverage coordination, and activity scheduling.\n Monitor seating availability and maintain waitlist as needed for pool seating and amenities\n \nRecreation & Facility Support\n\n Provide accurate information about hotel recreation offerings, including pools, beaches, fitness zones, and child activity areas\n Encourage and register guests for poolside or resort recreation programming.\n Monitor pool activity, ensuring guest safety and responding appropriately to emergencies per hotel procedures.\n \nService Excellence & Professional Standards\n\n Maintain impeccable grooming, professional communication, and a refined luxury\u2011service demeanor.\n Uphold all policies and quality assurance expectations with attention to detail and guest privacy.\n \nOperational Support\n\n Coordinate with other hotel departments to support guest requests and deliver seamless service.\n Assist with private poolside events, group activities, and recreation\u2011related programming.\n Provide cashier or point\u2011of\u2011sale support for rentals, activities, or retail sales when applicable.\n \nHyatt associates work in an environment that demands exceptional performance yet reaps great rewards.
