Responsibilities:- Assist lead technicians with routine pool and spa cleaning and maintenance services
- Skim, vacuum, and brush pool surfaces to ensure water clarity and cleanliness
- Test and balance pool water chemistry using industry-standard tools
- Safely handle and apply pool chemicals following proper safety protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle and equipment inventory
Requirements:- No prior experience required — on-the-job training provided
- A willingess to learn and grow
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to get to warehouse
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including West Texas heat.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality service
- Reliable and punctual on a daily basis
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
