Pool & Beach Attendant

The Marriott Hutchinson is seeking a friendly and proactive Pool & Beach Attendant to provide outstanding guest service. This role often serves as the first or last point of contact for guests, setting the tone for their experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, stock, and maintain pool areas and equipment.

• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and supplies.

• Follow all safety, security, and company policies.

• Welcome guests, answer questions, and provide assistance as needed.

• Perform opening and closing duties, including putting up umbrellas, setting beach chairs, folding towels, breakdown chairs from the beach, locking doors and securing equipment.

• Lift, move, and carry objects up to 25 lbs; stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.

• Support team goals and maintain professional interactions with guests and coworkers
