Help Wanted – Pool & Spa Store Associate / Service Scheduler
Premier One Pool & Patio is hiring!
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable team member to join our Pool & Spa Supply Store and Service Department.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers with pool and spa products, chemicals, parts, and equipment
- Answer phones and respond to customer questions
- Schedule and dispatch pool service appointments
- Coordinate service technicians and customer schedules
- Enter service calls, appointments, and customer information accurately
- Process sales and payments
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional store
- Follow up with customers regarding service and scheduling
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment
- Comfortable using computers and scheduling software
- Professional, friendly, and dependable
- Pool or spa experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
