Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18–$25 per hour, based on experience
Work Location: In person
Primary Location: Carol Stream, IL / Chicagoland job sites

Compensation:

$18 - $25 hourly

Responsibilities:

Install and maintain ponds, waterfalls, and other water features to enhance outdoor spaces.
Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Conduct routine inspections and perform necessary repairs to keep water features in optimal condition.
Assist in the design and layout of new water features, contributing creative ideas and solutions.
Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and efficiently to ensure quality workmanship.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and others.

Qualifications:

Experience in pond maintenance, landscaping, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, pumps, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
Proven track record of working effectively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and identify solutions.
Excellent customer service skills to address questions and concerns professionally.
Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving equipment, in various weather conditions.
Attention to detail in maintaining and inspecting pond equipment and water features for optimal performance.
