What You’ll Do

• Perform sleep studies in outpatient and inpatient settings, including pediatric and geriatric patients
• Prepare and fit patients with PAP masks and other therapeutic devices
• Monitor and troubleshoot sleep study equipment, including electrodes and sensors
• Collect baseline data on body position, oxygen saturation, and vital signs
• Support patient care and provide education during sleep studies
• Ensure compliance with sleep procedures and safety standards
• Work independently, with support from the team as needed
• Document and review sleep data using EMR systems (Meditech Expanse, Alice Sleepware G3)

What You Need

Required:

• Active LA State license
• BLS certification
• RPSGT or RRT-SDS certification
• 1+ years of sleep technologist experience
• Comfort with pediatric and geriatric patients
• Knowledge of sleep testing procedures and troubleshooting skills

Preferred:

• Experience with EMR systems
• Ability to work independently on night shifts
• Strong communication and patient care skills
