Polypropylene Vent Systems Extrusion Specialist

Your Impact

• Operate and optimize extrusion lines for polypropylene vent system components
• Communicate production status and KPIs during shift handoffs
• Distribute, track, and close out work orders for your team
• Maintain a spotless, efficient work zone using 5S
• Perform daily/weekly preventive maintenance tasks
• Record accurate production and quality data into the MRP
• Monitor inventory and line performance to improve throughput
• Follow documented work instructions and in-process QC checkpoints
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Must-Haves

• High school diploma (required); associate degree preferred
• 2–5 years of manufacturing experience preferred (extrusion, blow molding, injection molding, thermoforming, or related)
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions; strong communication
• Detail orientation and a strong safety mindset
• Basic computer skills: Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

Nice-to-Haves

• Plastic or metal welding/fabrication exposure
• Forklift certification

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $21/hr (overtime may be required)
• C Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Work Pattern: Monday–Wednesday, rotating to Monday–Thursday every other week
• Work Setting: On-site manufacturing/production
