    You’re the type who likes making things run smoothly. In this role at Kingfa, you’ll bring a polymer extrusion line up, keep it steady, and hand it off better than you found it—every shift.

    What will I be doing?

    • Running primary compounding and secondary blending to meet defined productivity.
    • Adjusting machines and controls as needed to maintain stable operation.
    • Troubleshooting material issues quickly to protect output and quality.
    • Loading raw material sacks into hoppers and supplying materials per schedule.
    • Tracking in-process inventory and completing all required paperwork.
    • Maintaining housekeeping and a clean, orderly work cell.
    • Upholding established quality standards and safety rules.
    • Following company policies and procedures consistently.
    • Partnering with coworkers, leads, and supervisors for smooth handoffs and problem-solving.
    • Handling other assigned tasks to support production goals.

    What makes me a great fit?

    • 3+ years of related experience (plastics or automotive preferred).
    • 1+ year in a manufacturing environment preferred.
    • Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write clear, simple correspondence.
    • Math you can trust: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
    • Follow instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form using common sense.
    • Tackle problems that include several concrete variables in standardized situations.
    • Open to any shift.
