Location, Shifts & Pay
- Location: Fernley, NV
- Days: 7am – 7pm (2-2-3)
- Nights: 7pm – 7am (2-2-3)
- Day rate: $20.00/hour
- Night rate: $22.00/hour
Your impact
- Follow all safety policies and procedures; wear required PPE.
- Identify and label carts/packages correctly.
- Complete documentation (P Side, Router, supplemental forms) and enter data accurately into MES.
- Uphold DNA quality standards across assigned lines.
- Support MAC system operation as needed.
- Monitor and document all assigned extrusion lines throughout the shift.
- Prepare and submit quality samples per the Profile Part Drawing.
- Log process conditions at 8 o’9clock, 12 o’9clock, and 4 o’9clock (timing may change; follow current standard).
- Complete Line Inspection Sheets at both start and end of shift.
- Communicate key process information to the oncoming operator.
- Maintain clean, hazard-free areas (no water or oil on floors).
- Provide break/lunch relief and assist teammates as assigned.
- Perform autonomous preventive maintenance; escalate issues promptly.
- Run up to three lines simultaneously.

- Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
- Basic math proficiency.
