Polishing Maintenance Technician - Responsible for polishing and finishing products, performing routine equipment maintenance, and supporting daily production operations. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay & Schedule:

• Pay: $16.00/hour and up (Based on Experience)
• Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Polish, buff, and finish products to meet quality standards
• Operate polishing equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently
• Inspect finished products for quality, appearance, and consistency
• Perform routine maintenance on production equipment and machinery
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report major repairs as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and work instructions
• Assist with general facility maintenance and upkeep as assigned
• Previous polishing, manufacturing, maintenance, or production experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to safely use hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to perform repetitive motions in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to multi-task & be a team player, detailed oriented.
• Able to lift, push, pull, stand, bend & reach overhead.
