Salary Range: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Review existing policies for accuracy and suggest adjustments based on evolving client life events.

Answer client questions about their coverage options with patience and clarity.

Coordinate with the underwriting team to ensure documentation is complete and processed promptly.

Reach out to clients during renewal cycles to ensure they remain properly protected.

Maintain organized records and digital files to keep our operations running smoothly.

Act as a friendly, reliable face for our agency when walk-in clients visit our office.

California Property & Casualty insurance license. Life and/or Health License is a plus.

Three or more years of experience in a customer-facing administrative or service role.

Strong comfort level with standard office technology and agency management systems.

High attention to detail when reviewing policy documents and renewals.

Clear and empathetic written and verbal communication style.

Familiarity with the Sebastopol area and our local client base is a plus.
