ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking a Policy Analyst to support regulatory and public policy initiatives focused on financial crime prevention, emerging financial technologies, and national security. This role is ideal for professionals with strong research and analytical skills who are interested in contributing to federal policy development in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. RESPONSIBILITIES- Research federal statutes, regulations, and historical policy actions to support ongoing regulatory initiatives.
- Evaluate policy proposals, regulatory changes, and stakeholder input to identify key issues and potential impacts.
- Draft policy summaries, briefing papers, reports, and other supporting documentation.
- Review, organize, and synthesize public comments received during regulatory processes.
- Assist with regulatory impact analyses, reporting requirements, and other policy support activities.
- Collaborate with government stakeholders and project teams to advance policy development efforts.
QUALIFICATIONS- Active Secret security clearance is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Economics, Law, Political Science, or a related discipline.
- 3 7 years of experience in policy analysis, regulatory affairs, government consulting, or a comparable field.
- Experience supporting federal agencies or working within a regulatory environment is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, research, and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with financial regulation, anti-financial crime initiatives, or digital assets is a plus.
