The Metropolitan Council is the regional planning agency for the Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area providing essential services to our region: transportation, wastewater treatment, growth and development of local communities, affordable housing programs, and regional park systems.
This position is eligible for hybrid (remote and onsite) teleworking.
The Manager, Policies and Procedures is the front-line manager for the risk and compliance function for enterprise risk management activities, internal controls, and policies and procedures. This role directly supervises the Risk and Compliance Analyst series (Senior Analyst, Analyst, Associate Analyst) and may supervise interns and consultant staff. It reports to the Senior Manager, Risk and Compliance, which in turn reports to the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer.
