Job Title: Pole Specialist

Job Location: 100 % Remote

Experience & Qualifications

• Perform pole loading and make-ready engineering.
• Analyze aerial attachments in compliance with NESC and pole owner standards.
• Process field data collected via Katapult and IKE.
• Conduct structural analysis using O-Calc and SPIDAcalc.
• Prepare aerial permit drawings.
• Entry to mid-level experience; strong emphasis on training and skill development.
• Demonstrated focus on accuracy, constructability, and adherence to jurisdictional requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and systems.
• Operate within SPANS and NJUNS systems.
• Collaborate closely with Permit Coordinators and Design Leads to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Permit Systems: SPANS, NJUNS
• Mapping: GIS tools
