Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a Polarion Administrator / Engineering Applications Support Analyst. This role is crucial in providing operational administration and support for engineering applications, ensuring seamless functionality and user satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in Polarion administration and L3 production support.
  • Working experience with Teamcenter and related engineering applications.
  • Knowledge of user administration, access management, application configuration, incident resolution, and problem management.
  • Experience in troubleshooting, testing, and validating application updates and enhancements.
  • Basic scripting or automation capability and experience developing operational reports.
  • Ability to support enterprise applications during AME business hours.
  • Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and ownership skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication with global stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently in a ticket-driven AMS environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Provide operational administration and L3 support for Polarion.
  • Provide L2 support for Teamcenter and related engineering applications as required.
  • Troubleshoot incidents and service requests and validate fixes, updates, and enhancements.
  • Perform minor configurations, scripting, and automation support.
  • Develop and deliver operational reports.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and support preventive actions.
  • Coordinate with global IT, infrastructure, and application teams.
  • Maintain knowledge articles, support documentation, and peer training material.
  • Provide general engineering IT and desktop application support where required.
