    License Type: Gaming

    Target Pay: Start - $25.29 One Year - $28.10

    Essential Job Functions:

    • Maintains knowledge of all Rivers SCHE Poker Room games, promotions, tournaments, and programs
    • Adds player names to the Poker Room wait list
    • Escorts players to their seats; retains knowledge of player preferences in order to provide superior guest service
    • Answers all incoming telephone calls to the Poker Room
    • Acts as Chip Runner
    • Assists with poker tournaments as needed
    • Periodically audits and replenishes Poker table bank inventory as directed by the Shift Manager
    • Complies with all departmental and company policies and procedures
    • Maintains cleanliness of the Poker Room
    • Performs all other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    • Must be 21 years of age or older
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Two or more years of customer service experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Must be computer literate; knowledge of Google Docs preferred
    • Must have excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work assigned shifts including those on weekends and holidays
    • Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licenses

    Working Conditions:

    • Regularly required to see, talk and hear; use of hand to finger dexterity, handle, feel, reach with hands and arms; stand and/or walk for prolonged period of time
    • Must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
    • Frequently required to stoop, crouch or kneel
    • Ability to interact with others while maintaining a courteous and positive demeanor
    • Possible exposure to high noise level for extended periods of time
