If you're motivated, and eager to break into the gaming industry, this position is for you. Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia is looking for a Chip Runner to assist with the operations of the poker room by assisting guests with the redemption and sale of chips.
A vital part of the functionality of the poker room, this position will act as a mobile cashier so be prepared to be on the move and on your feet. This is an entry level position.
Responsibilities
Where You''ll Make an Impact
- Providing exemplary customer service with a professional demeanor.
- Redemption and sale of cash and chips to guests.
- Assisting guest with seating and chip distribution.
- Filling dealer trays.
- Assisting dealers and supervisors in the starting, combining, and breaking of games.
- Complying with company policies and procedures, internal controls, and Title 31.
- Ensuring the safety and security of internal and external guests by notifying management of any suspicious or unusual activities.
- Attending training and meetings when required.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of work area, including the collection of chip trays, and returning them to designated areas.
Qualifications

A Few Must Haves
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.
