Title: POC Ambulatory Lab Supervisor
Facility: Outreach Lab Waters
Responsibilities:
- Provides technical and regulatory oversight for the Point of Care (POC) testing program across BayCare's ambulatory settings
- Ensures high-quality patient testing through compliance with regulatory standards (CLIA, CAP...), staff training and competency, quality assurance, and continuous process improvement.
- Collaborates with laboratory leadership, ambulatory leadership, providers, nursing, vendors and other interdisciplinary teams to support safe, accurate, and efficient POC testing services.
- Assists with special projects and other duties assigned by the Scientific Director in support of organizational priorities.

Experience
- Required - 4 years Clinical Laboratory Related
Education
- Required - Bachelor's in Biological Science or Clinical Science Related
Certification
- Required - Florida Clinical Laboratory Supervisor License.
