    POD Maintenance Technician

    Position Summary

    Responsible for the regular inspection and maintenance of equipment to ensure proper operation, analyze the causes of equipment failures and provide improvement suggestions to enhance operational efficiency, participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment to ensure compliance with operational requirements, familiar with equipment operating standards, providing technical support and report

    Key Responsibilities

    Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily inspections to ensure equipment is in proper working condition and document findings in inspection.

    Equipment Scheduling: Coordinate equipment scheduling accordance with customer production requirements.

    Abnormality Analysis: Analyze root causes of equipment failures and propose improvement actions to enhance operational efficiency.

    Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of electronic components, trackers, and materials, conduct regular audits to ensure physical inventory aligns with system records.

    Qualifications

    Education & Experience

    High school diploma or GED required.

    Previous experience in operating Test room equipment.

    Skills

    Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office and Microsoft Excel.

    Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills; able to work efficiently in a fast-paced

    environment.

    Effective problem-solving abilities to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve Test room issues

    Working Conditions:

    Physical ability to lift heavy items up to 50lbs, and stand for 12 hours.

    Predominantly a manufacturing or warehouse setting with exposure to moderate noise and machinery.

    Often involves full-time hours, with some roles requiring flexibility for overtime, weekends, or specific shifts (e.g., first or second shift).
