    We are hiring for a PMO Support / Project Analyst opportunity.

    Role: PMO Support / Project Analyst

    Location: Remote

    Role Overview

    We are seeking an experienced PMO Support / Project Analyst with a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience supporting program management, PMO execution, or project coordination activities.

    The ideal candidate will have experience with workplan management, status reporting, governance coordination, action tracking, and project documentation. The candidate should be comfortable managing multiple workstreams, working across technical and non-technical teams, and supporting projects in a fast-paced environment.

    Required Skills

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 2+ years of experience supporting program management, PMO execution, or project coordination
    • Experience with workplan management, status reporting, governance coordination, and action tracking
    • 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Jira for project deliverables, reporting, and documentation
    • 1+ years of experience using Jira to create and maintain reports and dashboards
    • Experience updating and managing Jira tickets
    • Experience tracking action items and supporting project visibility and status reporting
    • 1+ years of experience managing multiple workstreams
    • Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
    • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

    Preferred Skills

    • Scrum Master experience
    • Experience performing QA/QC of reports, presentations, trackers, and stakeholder-facing materials
    • Understanding of the healthcare industry
    • Familiarity with healthcare data
    • Exposure to AI/ML, data, analytics, or other technical project environments
    • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • Healthcare industry experience

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support program governance, delivery execution, and cross-workstream coordination
    • Coordinate client and internal deliverables and track progress against established timelines
    • Ensure timely and high-quality submission of decks, reports, FAQs, documentation, and release artifacts
    • Capture meeting notes, decisions, action items, and open items
    • Maintain a clear audit trail of follow-ups across model team and operational discussions
    • Manage Jira, SharePoint, and project trackers to improve visibility, organization, and reporting
    • Create and maintain Jira dashboards, boards, reports, and tracking views
    • Support work management and project status reporting through Jira
    • Facilitate and support Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
    • Coordinate project deliverables and follow-ups
    • Support timely completion of project artifacts
    • Perform QA/QC of presentations, reports, trackers, and other stakeholder-facing materials
    • Maintain project structure and reporting across Jira, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
    • Support multiple workstreams while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail
    • Operate effectively in fast-paced AI/ML, data, and analytics-driven project environments
    • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

    Education Requirement

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
