This partnership expands TSR's ability to deliver broader capabilities, global delivery resources, and enhanced opportunities for both clients and consultants.Job DescriptionThe PMO Procurement Support Manager ensures the Procurement transformation program's executive cadence, team operating rhythm, and pipeline expansion efforts run smoothly during and after the client's Skydance integration. The role serves as the connection between Procurement leadership, Finance, and Business Unit stakeholders, turning initiative data into clear, decision-ready materials and driving closure of the resulting action items.Responsibilities:Prepare and maintain executive-level reporting for ELT with current FY savings overviews and pipeline commentary each cycle.Co-create agendas and materials for monthly CFO updates, including savings heatmaps and pipeline expansion summaries.Refresh BU Finance master files with the latest Asana initiative set and build materials to align Business Units on savings delivery.Track and facilitate post-meeting action items across ELT, CFO, and BU Finance touchpoints, including Tower Lead follow-ups.Refine templates, messaging, and coordination for the BU collaboration model.Support onboarding and training for new Procurement team members.Build weekly Ops Review materials, dashboards, and talking points, and draft post-meeting minutes to reinforce milestone accountability.Co-create agendas and materials for monthly All Hands, including Pulse Check survey analysis.Develop and maintain Procurement 2.0 SOP documentation as the governing reference for functional operations.Consolidate pipeline expansion initiatives with baselines, savings estimates, and due dates into a single view.Support addition of new initiatives into Asana and refresh category-level savings heatmaps for leadership updates.Design an evergreen category strategy cadence tied to annual planning and the budget cycle.Required Skills & Qualifications:7-10+ years in PMO, program management, or management consulting, ideally supporting procurement, finance, or M&A integration work.Strong executive communication skills with experience producing CFO- and ELT-ready materials under tight deadlines.Advanced PowerPoint and Excel proficiency. Experience with Asana or similar work-management tools is a plus.High organization and attention to detail with the ability to manage concurrent stakeholder cadences weekly, monthly, and ad hoc.Ability to work independently in an ambiguous, fast-moving post-merger environment.Preferred Skills:Experience with procurement transformations and savings pipeline management.Familiarity with executive reporting frameworks and finance business partnering.Success Looks LikeExecutive updates to ELT, CFO, BU Finance, and Transformation delivered on cadence with accurate, current data and minimal last-minute changes.Action items from Ops Reviews and BU sessions tracked to closure across owners and timelines.A predictable, repeatable pipeline expansion cadence integrated with planning cycles.Why TSR?At TSR, we believe in advancing lives and careers.
