     Reporting to the VP, IT – Environmental Business, the Senior Manager, IT PMO is responsible for delivering the enterprise ERP transformation across multiple Veralto Environmental sites, owning a multi-year roadmap of continuous improvement delivery, and establishing the process, governance, and operating model of an IT Portfolio Management Office. The role will lead the implementation of Infor Syteline (CloudSuite Industrial) as the core ERP, beginning with the Fort Collins site and expanding to additional sites, supported by an integrated application landscape across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, quality, and commercial operations. 

    This position is based in Fort Collins, Colorado, and will be hybrid/on-site (4+ days on-site per week), with periodic travel to other sites. 

    In This Role, a Typical Day Will Look Like: 

    • Leading end-to-end ERP delivery across a multi-site deployment program, including scope, schedule, budget, resourcing, risk management, and executive communications. 

    • Establishing and operating the IT PMO: defining intake and prioritization, stage-gate governance, portfolio reporting, resource planning, and standard delivery methods and templates. 

    • Owning and sequencing a post-go-live roadmap of continuous improvement enhancements, balancing site-specific needs against enterprise standardization. 

    • Driving disciplined execution using Veralto project governance and VES (Veralto Enterprise System) problem-solving methods, and embedding these into PMO standards. 

    • Coordinating cross-functional teams and partnering closely with Veralto's global Business Process Owners and site leadership. 

    • Ensuring alignment with standardized ERP processes already live across four Veralto Environmental sites, and managing the change control process for deviations. 

    • Leading change management across sites, including user readiness, training coordination, and adoption measurement. 

    • Overseeing data migration, cutover planning, go-live execution, and post-launch stabilization (hypercare) for each site wave. 

    • Ensuring compliance with SOX and audit requirements, including ITGCs, access controls, and documentation, and building these controls into PMO delivery standards. 

    • Leading, coaching, and developing project managers and business analysts within the PMO. 

    Essential Requirements 

    • 5+ years of experience leading ERP or large-scale system implementations, including multi-site or phased deployment programs. 

    • Demonstrated experience establishing, building, or operating within a PMO or portfolio management function, including governance frameworks, portfolio reporting, and delivery standards. 

    • Experience in U.S. manufacturing environments, including operations, supply chain, production, inventory, or finance. 

    • Proven ability to lead and develop project delivery teams, directly or through matrixed reporting. 

    • Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, and executive stakeholder management skills. 

    • Hands-on expertise with project execution, cutover planning, risk management, and change leadership. 

    • Experience with Infor Syteline / CloudSuite Industrial is a plus. 

    • Background in M&A integration or ERP deployment for acquired businesses is a plus. 

    • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is a plus

    The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

    The compensation range for this role is $125,000 - $145,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
