Job Description Role Summary
The Manager, PMO Framework and Lifecycle Enablement is responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving the project delivery practices that support consistent and effective execution across the IT PMO. This role manages the PMO Framework, Lifecycle Management (LCM) guidance, templates, and supporting materials to ensure they are clear, practical, and easy for project teams to use.
The position focuses on enabling project managers by providing well structured guidance that improves clarity of expectations, supports consistent delivery practices, and enhances the overall project experience. The role partners closely with project managers, business and sector teams, PMO Training, PM Readiness, and digital tooling teams to ensure PMO practices remain aligned, relevant, and easy to apply.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills • 8 or more years of experience in project management, PMO operations, delivery methodology, or lifecycle and process work. Bachelors Required. Or, 10+ years with an AA degree.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills • PMP or similar certifications
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $108787 - $184937
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
