PMO Analyst - Versonix

Working closely with PMO leadership, project managers, and stakeholders, the PMO Analyst helps maintain governance frameworks, track project performance, and provide insights that support informed decision-making. This role is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and reporting project data, monitoring schedules, risks, issues, budgets, and resource allocations, and ensuring compliance with established PMO methodologies.

Role and responsibilities:
The PMO Analyst supports the Program Management Office by ensuring the consistent application of project management standards, processes, and reporting across the project portfolio. Working closely with PMO leadership, project managers, and stakeholders, the PMO Analyst helps maintain governance frameworks, track project performance, and provide insights that support informed decision-making.
This role is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and reporting project data, monitoring schedules, risks, issues, budgets, and resource allocations, and ensuring compliance with established PMO methodologies. The PMO Analyst administers project management tools, develops dashboards and status reports, and identifies opportunities to improve processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
They facilitate project reviews, support portfolio planning activities, and help ensure projects align with organizational goals and delivery expectations. The PMO Analyst plays a key role in driving transparency, consistency, and delivery excellence across the project portfolio.
