Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a PMO Analyst for a Contract with a client in Sunnyvale, CA. The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical and process improvement skills, with the ability to use data-driven storytelling to influence stakeholders and support continuous business transformation.

Rate Range: $56/hour to $58/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

PMO Analyst Job Responsibilities include:

• Facilitate and coordinate Sales Application Downtime processes, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and timely execution of activities.

• Manage and maintain the process repository, driving updates, standardization, and continuous process improvements.

• Support cross-functional programs and initiatives by tracking progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Develop and deliver metrics, dashboards, and reports to provide visibility, transparency, and actionable business insights.

• Conduct surveys, analyze feedback data, and lead action planning efforts to improve operational effectiveness and team performance.

• Organize and support organizational development activities, including training programs, workshops, meetings, and new hire onboarding initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, Engineering, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 3-5+ years of experience in PMO, Program Management, Business Process Improvement, Business Operations, or a related function.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, perform root cause analysis, and provide actionable recommendations using tools such as Excel, Tableau, or presentation platforms.

• Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and Iterative approaches, with experience supporting cross-functional projects and process governance.

Pay Details: $56.00 to $58.00 per hour
