The Lodge at Whitefish Lake, one of Montana's AAA Four Diamond resorts, is seeking a PM Valet Lead to join our Guest Services Team at $16 Hourly + Tips. All employees receive perks of $50 rooms at any of our properties, and discount rates at our spa, restaurant, and retail.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND POSITION PURPOSE:
The PM Valet Lead is responsible for providing leadership and support to the valet team during the evening shift. This position helps ensure smooth valet and shuttle operations, exceptional guest service, and effective communication between the valet team and Front Office leadership. The PM Valet Lead serves as a key point of contact for the evening operation and reports operational needs, concerns, and issues to the Director of Front Office.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Supervise and support the valet team to ensure efficient daily operations and excellent guest service.
· Communicate schedule changes, transportation needs, or operational concerns to the appropriate team members.
· Report any staffing needs, operational concerns, guest issues, equipment needs, or other matters requiring attention to the Director of Front Office.
· Provide direction, training, and support to valet and shuttle team members.
· Help ensure team members follow established procedures, safety standards, and service expectations.
· Maintain clear communication with Front Office and other departments regarding valet and shuttle operations.
· Share pertinent information from meetings with the valet and shuttle team as needed.
· Assist with resolving day-to-day operational challenges and provide leadership support to the team.
· Promote a professional, welcoming, and guest-focused environment at all times.
· Ensure uniform standards and luxury service standards are adhered to.
· Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Front Office.

· Able to operate a manual transmission.
· Good driving record (no more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years; no DUI, DWI, reckless driving, or suspended/revoked license.

In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the Transportation Manager based upon the requirements of the company.

· Assist in any other duties as needed. This position may be required to perform other and additional duties assigned by the Director of Front Office and/or General Manager.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Walking, climbing stairs, Crouching/Bending/Stooping, Pushing/Pulling, Lifting/Carrying (20 lbs.) will be required for this role.
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
EDUCATION
· High School or High School equivalent is an asset
EXPERIENCE/ LICENSES OR CERTIFICATES
· Minimum of 1 years’ experience in hospitality industry as an asset.
· Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
SCHEDULE / HOLIDAYS/ PTO:
This position requires regular, reliable, and punctual attendance. The PM Valet Lead is expected to usually keep a 5-day-a-week schedule but adjust as needed according to business needs; for example, a 6-day week may be required during peak business periods. A work week of up to 50 hours per week can be expected. However, it can be more or less, depending on business needs. Working evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required. Holidays and PTO are in accordance with the AH Exempt Employee policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook. Typically, PTO will not be permitted during June 15 - September 15 and December 15 – January 5.
NOTICE:
Standing, bending, stooping, and lifting weights up to and including 50 lbs. may be required. The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four hours a day. In addition, this is a hospitality business, and a hospitable service atmosphere must be always projected.
