Utility Team Member

Position Overview

At Chick-fil-A FSU, the Utility Team Member is more than just a job-it's an opportunity to grow, develop valuable life skills, and make a meaningful impact every day.

Utility Team Members are an essential part of the Back of House Team, helping ensure the restaurant operates safely, efficiently, and to the high standards our guests expect. Working directly for an independent Owner/Operator, Team Members gain hands-on experience in food safety, cleanliness, inventory, organization, teamwork, and restaurant operations.

Most importantly, Utility Team Members help create an exceptional experience for every guest by supporting the team behind the scenes and ensuring our restaurant is clean, prepared, and ready to serve great food with genuine hospitality.

Requirements:

• This position will be an PM utility role, with a typical schedule of 6PM-11:30PM or Midnight
• Primary responsibilities include completing efficient and timely dish cleaning through dinner and close, assisting with occasional maintenance and cleaning projects, working along side team to ensure efficient and timely restaurant cleaning after close.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs

Other Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe restaurant environment.
• Assist with dishwashing, sanitation, trash removal, and other cleaning responsibilities.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures.
• Monitor supplies and communicate inventory needs to leadership.
• Work collaboratively with Team Members and leaders to keep operations running smoothly.
• Follow Chick-fil-A standards and procedures for food quality, safety, cleanliness, and hospitality.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and contribute to a welcoming team environment.
• Provide support wherever needed to help the restaurant deliver an exceptional guest experience.
