PM Resident Assistant or CNA – Full-Time

Vitality Living of New York Mills is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated PM (3pm-11pm) Resident Assistant or CNA to provide exceptional care and support to our residents during evening hours.
What You'll Do:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies
- Complete safety checks and documentation
- Provide compassionate care while promoting resident independence
- Assist with housekeeping and laundry duties as needed
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure quality resident care
Qualifications:
- Caring, patient, and dependable personality
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in assisted living, healthcare, or caregiving preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- CNA certification is a plus, but not required
