StaffMed Health Partners is recruiting a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Medical Director for one of the nation's largest physician-led post-acute care organizations at a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Tucson, Arizona.

Practice Highlights/Qualifications:
Serve as Medical Director providing clinical leadership and oversight at a post-acute care facility
Lead interdisciplinary care teams managing rehabilitation and skilled nursing patients
Oversee quality metrics, regulatory compliance, and care protocols
Collaborative practice with nurse practitioners, therapists, and nursing leadership
Monday-Friday day schedule with shared call responsibilities
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation required
MD/DO from accredited medical school required
Completion of ACGME-accredited PM&R residency required
Active or eligible for Arizona medical license
Prior medical director or leadership experience preferred but not required
