About the Job:
Line Cooks are responsible for preparing and finishing all hot and cold foods. You will execute a contemporary, seasonal menu and work alongside our chefs on a number of different menu formats and in-house events.
Ideal Candidates should:
Have related experience or a culinary degree
General knife handling, food safety & sanitation knowledge
Exceptional attention to detail
Be able to work well under pressure
Maintain positive attitude
Have the ability to read and follow menus and recipes
Complete basic mathematical calculations
