Part-time

$14.00 - 16.00 per hour

Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food. All Chick-fil-A Team Members are required to demonstrate the Core 4 Values:

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Maintain Honor, Dignity and Respect and adhere to the vision and values of Chick-fil-A Thruway Shopping Center
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests, leadership and co-workers
• Must always adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Complete duties as assigned by leadership

• Able to multi-task and can handle working in a fast-paced environment

• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. when needed
• Able to stand for long periods of time
