Marriott-Branded Hotel | Evening Shift Leadership Role
Are you a hands-on hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced Food & Beverage environment? We're seeking an experienced PM Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our evening restaurant, bar, banquet, and culinary operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
- Previous Food & Beverage supervisory or leadership experience in a hotel, restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of restaurant service, bar operations, banquets, inventory controls, food safety, and cost management
- Passion for creating memorable guest experiences and leading high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to make sound decisions and effectively lead evening operations independently
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events
- Food Safety and Responsible Alcohol Service certifications preferred (or ability to obtain as required)
What You'll Do
- Lead all evening Food & Beverage operations, including restaurant, lounge, bar, pool service, banquets, kitchen coordination, and stewarding
- Ensure exceptional guest service and compliance with Marriott brand standards
- Supervise, coach, train, and motivate Food & Beverage team members
- Coordinate banquet and special event execution to ensure seamless service
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Manage inventory, purchasing, receiving, and product controls
- Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service requirements
- Control labor and operating costs while supporting revenue growth initiatives
- Partner closely with Front Office, Sales, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Hotel Leadership teams
- Handle guest concerns professionally and implement service recovery when needed
