Pay: $30.00 per hour plus up to $1,000 per month performance bonus

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nighttime Cleaning Manager to oversee our cleaning operations while being hands on during the night shift. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in cleaning management, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. This is a full-time role with days fluctuating each week, paying at $30.00 an hour and candidate preferred to speak English and Spanish.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to cleaning protocols.
- Make weekly work schedules for employees based off of our buses schedules
- Train new employees on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary
- Collaborate with the office to ensure seamless operations and address any specific cleaning and maintenance requirements.
- Fuel and dump the buses
- Be willing to obtain a CDLis preferred
Pay
$30 per hour with a monthly bonus up to $1,000 based on performance after probation period.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the cleaning or hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
