    About This Opportunity

    All Points North Lodge is seeking a dependable and compassionate PLUS Technician to join our behavioral health team. In this role, you will support clients undergoing advanced treatment modalities including Deep Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Ketamine-Assisted Therapy, and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy—working alongside our medical and clinical teams to deliver some of the most innovative care available.

    This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping others, works well as part of a team, and is interested in gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge behavioral health treatments. No prior experience with TMS, ketamine, or hyperbaric therapy is required—we provide comprehensive, paid training to the right candidate.

You'll gain rare, in-demand clinical skills while building a meaningful career supporting people on their path to recovery. This position is a launchpad toward nursing, clinical, and program leadership tracks within All Points North.

    What You'll Do

    • Support clients before, during, and after TMS, ketamine, and hyperbaric sessions—providing comfort, safety, and encouragement as the foundation of your work
    • Operate treatment equipment per protocol under licensed supervision, with full training provided on the job
    • Take and record vital signs and brief clinical assessments accurately
    • Document sessions in our electronic health record system (training provided)
    • Build supportive, professional relationships with clients in both residential and outpatient programs
    • Maintain treatment spaces in an organized, stocked, and safe condition
    • Communicate professionally with team members, supervisors, and clinical staff
    • Participate in required meetings, training sessions, and shift handoffs
    • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and All Points North operations

    What You'll Bring

    Required Qualifications

    • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
    • Ability to communicate respectfully and work effectively as part of a team
    • Ability to follow instructions, policies, safety procedures, and established workflows
    • Dependable attendance and the ability to work full-time day shifts
    • Strong attention to detail—vital signs, documentation, and safety checks must be accurate every time
    • Warm, personable presence and genuine care for people working through mental health and substance use challenges
    • Comfort learning new technology and clinical equipment

    That's it. No degree required. No prior TMS, ketamine, or hyperbaric experience required.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience as a CNA, EMT, Medical Assistant, Behavioral Health Tech, or Psych Tech
    • Coursework or a degree in psychology, neuroscience, or health sciences
    • Experience with electronic health records systems
    • CPR or First Aid certification
