The Plumbing Top Tech Academy combines classroom instruction, hands-on lab training, and real-world field knowledge. You'll learn from instructors with real-world experience and develop the technical, safety, and customer-service skills needed to succeed.
You'll be a full-time Peterman Brothers employee from day one, and after successfully completing the Academy, you'll have a guaranteed job with Peterman Brothers.
During the Academy, you'll learn how to:

As you continue advancing, you can move into a Plumbing Install Lead position.
Install Leads typically earn $24–$32/hour, based on their tier, plus G40 Pay.
G40 Pay guarantees a minimum 40-hour paycheck each week, giving you the consistency of a full week's pay even when your actual hours fluctuate based on workload.
$26–$42/hour + Bonuses
Continue developing your skills and advance into Service, where Plumbing Service Technicians typically earn $26–$42/hour, based on their tier.
