What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
- Perform service, maintenance, and plumbing installations
- Troubleshoot leaks, water heaters, fixtures, drain systems, and water lines
- Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call
- Maintain accurate job notes and invoices using ServiceTitan
- Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Follow all plumbing codes and safety standards
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of residential plumbing service experience
- Michigan Journeyman or Master Plumber license preferred (or actively working toward licensure)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience with water heaters, fixtures, drain systems, sewer repairs, and general plumbing service
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
