We are searching for Full Time Plumbing Technicians to join our team in Novato, CA.
Compensation Range: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 (hourly + bonus/commission opportunity) !! $5,000 Retention Bonus for Experienced Technicians !!

What Will You do?
- Diagnose, repair, and install residential and light commercial plumbing systems in line with code
- Service and replace fixtures such as faucets, toilets, sinks, showers, bathtubs, and water heaters
- Work on water lines, gas lines, sump pumps, re-circulating pumps, and purification systems
- Troubleshoot plumbing problems, including those concealed behind walls, ceilings, and underground
- Provide accurate written estimates and cost calculations for customers
- Perform drain-cleaning services for sewer, kitchen, laundry, and storm lines
- Safely use ladders (6’, 12’, and 20’) to access roofs and overhead areas
- Research, order, and track parts; maintain and re-stock service vehicle inventory
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting performance and knowledge goals
- Work overtime as needed and perform other plumbing-related duties as assigned
What We're Looking For: - GED or High School Diploma
- 2+ years of experience in the plumbing industry
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
- Ability to work in a fast paced and results driven environment
- Ability to work under stressful conditions and may be exposed to verbal and/or physical confrontations
- Ability to work extended hours, nights or weekends
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb ladders and stairs
- Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl
