What You'll Be Doing

Your days will be full. You'll help keep the work moving, support the team, and make sure the standard stays high. This role matters because when the team runs well, customers feel it.

You'll be the person people look to when things get busy, messy, or urgent. You'll lead with calm, professionalism, and follow-through. You'll help create the kind of experience that turns a plumbing problem into a customer smile.

The Hiring Process

What You'll Earn

This role pays $100,000 to $200,000 per year. You'll work a minimum of 40 hours and a maximum of 50 hours per week. You'll also get health insurance after the probationary period, paid vacations, continued training, and advancement or promotional opportunities.
