What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
- Deliver exceptional customer service and professional recommendations
- Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and installation teams
- Maintain accurate service documentation and invoices
- Keep your truck clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Participate in ongoing training and development
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience REQUIRED
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Coachable mindset with a desire to grow
- Leadership potential is highly valued
- Valid driver’s license
- High School diploma, required
