We just expanded into Utah to grow on our own terms instead of getting swallowed by a private equity rollup like so many shops lately. If your company got bought out and doesn't feel like the same place anymore, this is the opposite of that.

We're hiring an experienced residential service plumber to help build our Utah team from the ground up, backed by nearly three decades of systems, training, and support that already work.

Pay: $30–$50/hr or bonus, whichever is higher

Every job you run is bonusable at 12%, 14%, or 16%. Each week, you're paid your hourly rate or your bonus total, whichever is higher. You never earn less than your hourly rate, and there's no ceiling on the upside. Across our company, top techs earn $100K–$125K a year, and our most experienced techs clear $150K+.

No on-call. Ever.

Monday through Friday. No rotating weekends eating into your life. When your week's done, it's done.

What the job looks like:

• Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing: water heaters, drains, sewer lines, repipes, fixtures, the full range of service work
• 100% residential service. No new construction, no rough-in monotony, a different problem every day
• Talk straight with customers about what's wrong and what it costs, with no pressure scripts
• Run a stocked, well-maintained truck so you're not scrounging for parts between jobs
• Follow code and do it right the first time

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of residential plumbing experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
