What You'll Do

 

As a Residential Service Plumber, you'll play a key role in helping homeowners maintain safe, reliable, and efficient plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve residential plumbing issues efficiently and accurately
• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and components
• Perform inspections and identify long-term solutions for customers
• Troubleshoot complex plumbing problems and recommend appropriate repairs
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national plumbing codes
• Respond to service calls and emergency plumbing situations as needed
• Maintain high safety standards and follow all workplace regulations
• Accurately document completed work using ServiceTitan software
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every interaction

What You'll Bring

 

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Service Plumber
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, fixtures, and piping
• Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding work when required
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening (MJ OK)
