Pay & Schedule

• $26–$34 per hour (DOE)
• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Overtime opportunities available

?? Sign-On Bonus

• $5,000 – Journeyman-level Service Technician
• $1,000 – Apprentice-level Service Technician

What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing issues
• Service residential and light commercial systems
• Install fixtures, plumbing systems, and water heaters
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure system performance
• Communicate clearly with customers and provide excellent service
• Work with team members to complete jobs efficiently and safely

What We’re Looking For

• Proven plumbing experience (license preferred but not required)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
• HVAC or boiler experience is a plus, but not required
