1 Plumbing Service T echnician Job Overview : As a Plumbing Service Technician, you will be responsible for trou bleshooting, r epairing and maint enance tasks on commercial/industrial accounts . This role requires strong technical skills, troubleshooting expertise, and the ability to work independently . Responsibilities: • Determines service needs, quotes prices, and perform s repairs. • Work involves performance of skilled plumbing tasks in maintaining, repairing, and servicing a variety of fixtures and equipment. It also includes installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing and heating systems. • Assemble s, install s, and repairs pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems, according to specifications and plumbing codes. • Performs b asic repairs of faucets and pipes. • Diagnose s and analyze s causes of plumbing problems. • Performs t horough inspections and accurately quote replacements or repairs. Qualifications/Requirement s: • 5 year s of relevant commercial Plumbing Service job experience. • Texas Journeyman 's Plumbing License. • Valid/Current d river license. • Must be able to assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems, according to specifications and plumbing codes. • Must be able to install fixtures, make plumbing repairs to all systems, and be pro ficient in running drain calls and sewer machine operations. • Ability to diagnose and analyze causes of plumbing problems . • Ability to work independently and go on service calls with a professional customer service mind set is a must . • OSHA 10 or other relevant safety certification is preferred. Additional Requirement: Ability to pass a full background screening that includes a criminal background, drug test, driving record, and physical ability test.
