About the Role

Iron Mountain Plumbing is looking for an experienced Plumbing Service Technician who can combine strong technical skills with a customer-focused, consultative sales approach.

You’ll diagnose residential plumbing problems, recommend appropriate solutions, complete high-quality repairs, and help homeowners confidently choose the best option for their needs and budget.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose residential plumbing problems and identify appropriate repair or replacement solutions.
• Clearly explain findings, pricing, benefits, and available options to homeowners.
• Present solutions based on each customer’s needs, priorities, and budget.
• Convert qualified service opportunities into approved work using an honest, consultative approach.
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high workmanship standards.
• Follow up on open estimates and accurately document work performed.
• Maintain a clean service vehicle and professional appearance.
• Contribute to company revenue, completion, and customer-satisfaction goals.

Who We're Looking For

• Four years of residential plumbing service experience.
• Proven ability to present and close residential repair or replacement options.
• Comfortable discussing pricing and asking customers to approve recommended work.
• Strong plumbing diagnostic, repair, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Honest, consultative approach focused on solutions that benefit homeowners.
• Motivated by measurable performance goals and receptive to coaching.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
