Plumbing Service Manager - Plumbing Company - Base Salary to 100k/year - Dayton, OH

• Our client, a growing plumbing company specializing in residential plumbing service, repair, and preventative maintenance, has an immediate need for a Plumbing Service Manager to oversee its plumbing service team.
• In this role, the Plumbing Service Manager will lead field service technicians responsible for repairing and maintaining residential plumbing systems. This position will oversee technician scheduling, service operations, estimating, customer requests, and technical support while helping develop processes and support the continued growth of the service business.

Responsibilities:

• Participates with Business Development team to develop strategies and plans for growth and success of service business.
• Responds to customer inquiries and requests for plumbing service opportunities and technical assistance.
• Provides cost estimates and proposals for plumbing service projects.
• Assigns plumbing service technicians to projects and maintains the overall schedule of technician assignments and upcoming service work.
• Communicates scope of work and technical requirements to plumbing service technicians.
• Supports day-to-day field service operations, technician scheduling, and service team performance.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of plumbing management experience leading a team of field service technicians.
• Experience may include Plumbing Service Manager, Plumbing Supervisor, Plumbing Field Supervisor, Plumbing Foreman, Lead Plumber, Lead Service Plumber, or similar plumbing field leadership experience, provided the required management experience is met.
• Experience with plumbing service, repair, maintenance, and residential plumbing systems.

Compensation:
