WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY BE DOING:

• Sales and Client Management: Close sales deals and build lasting relationships with both existing and potential clients. Tailor presentations and proposals to meet client needs and manage all aspects of customer engagement.
• Operational Excellence: Efficiently process transactions like orders, quotes, or returns. Ensure the timely delivery of products and maintain rigorous records of customer interactions.
• Strategic Initiatives: Lead the account planning process, set revenue and profit goals, and track progress. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events to enhance brand visibility.

OUR MUST HAVES:

• Proven experience as a Territory Manager or similar sales role with a strong track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Plumbing Sales experience
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and travel extensively across the designated territory.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
