Job DetailsBring your technical know-how and consultative mindset to a role where you translate plumbing and mechanical system challenges into solutions that improve performance, reliability, and total cost of ownership. - Conduct on-site surveys, interpret drawings/specs, and develop cost-effective repair, retrofit, or replacement solutions
- Prepare clear, compelling proposals and present them to technical and financial stakeholders, addressing objections with confidence
- Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to ensure scope, pricing, and schedules align with customer needs and margin targets
- Nurture long-term customer relationships, quickly resolving issues to protect trust and drive repeat business
- Organize your territory, appointments, and reporting for maximum productivity and visibility
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience selling plumbing/HVAC systems, components, and cost-to-own principles
- Proficiency in reading/interpreting plans, specifications, and jobsite conditions
