Peter Levi Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Drains is an established residential and commercial service company looking for an experienced Plumbing Manager to lead and develop our plumbing team. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who knows how to coach technicians, drive performance, and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

What You'll Do
• Lead, develop, and hold the plumbing service team accountable to performance goals
• Coach technicians on technical skills, customer service, and sales effectiveness
• Drive key metrics including revenue, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top plumbing talent
• Conduct ride-alongs, performance reviews, and regular one-on-ones
• Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and professionalism
What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of plumbing management or senior technician experience
• Licensed plumber preferred
• Proven track record of leading and developing a service team
• Strong understanding of residential plumbing systems
• Business-minded with the ability to track and respond to performance data
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills
