Vanguard Resources, Inc. (VRI), is hiring an experienced Plumbing Manager to lead our onsite team, at our client's site - the Samsung Semiconductor facility in Taylor, TX-one of the most advanced semi-conductor fabrication campuses in the U.S.
This full-time, salaried role is ideal for someone with strong Plumbing and leadership experience who's ready to start AND grow a team, while getting your hands dirty from time to time, while also working with both our internal VRI Sr. Leaders and Samsung's leadership team. The supervisor must possess a current/valid Journeymen Plumbing license. Must have the ability to communicate well and be organized with client and employees. Able to manage subcontractors from the beginning stages of a new construction to the end. Have the skill-set to punch at all phases of plumbing with a clear understanding of plumbing physics.

Requirements
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a licensed plumber.
Valid plumbing Journeymen license or certification, required.
Minimum of 3+ years of management, experience leading others
Proficiency in plumbing codes and regulations.
OSHA 30 (can be obtained once hired, if needed) - required
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Experience with plumbing software and tools.
Valid driver's license/clean record
Successfully pass criminal background check & drug test(s)
Strong leadership and mentoring skills. Ability to relate well with employees
Superior client interaction with effective communication skills; both written and verbal
Professional demeanor
Computer and technology savvy
Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated
Exceptional organizational skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
